What do you consider the main achievements in your life?
Reaching my personal and social goals, such as being able to live my daily routine with the ability to be near my loved ones and having the power to support them and other girls in their journey as well as being blessed with a quiet, peaceful yet full of adrenaline life as a First Officer for Flyadeal Airlines is the main achievement i consider myself reaching.
What drives you to be at the Top of your Game? What are your success strategies?
Being at the Top of my Game actually helps me share my experience with other young ladies whose shoes I was actually in. I hoped someone would guide me to the right path for myself. Also, being the older sister of 3 girls makes me see my own sisters in every girl that comes to me for my advice.
My success strategies are easy: focus and consistency. They are the key to reaching all one’s dreams, from my own experience. I was a lazy person myself for years but once I realized that all it takes was to focus and be consistent, it made the difference..
Have you dealt with failure? If so, how did you overcome it and resurge when all the chips were down?
As a fact we must face failures on the way to reaching a goal. It is a part of the journey, and the main reason to build a solid personality that would appreciate the wounds that we had to have in order to reach a goal. My experience taught me that when all doors close, it is time for you to build your own door.
How easy was it for you to speak up and share your story when times were tough?
It is never easy to speak about a traumatic experience, having my family’s and friends’ support and knowing that there are some girls who actually share their experiences in public gave me the power to speak up knowing that I actually am being heard …
What did you have to do in order to be able to share your story to inspire others?
I had to think of all those amazing ladies who would stop chasing their career, dreams and goals out of fea. Everyone deserves an equal chance and that’s what’s driving me to try reaching as many as possible, supporting as hard as I can, and guiding them using all available resources..
