Last week we held Our Design Thinking Workshop in Dubai and it was a resounding success!
Starting with inspiration from the patron of this initiative, the awe-inspiring role-model that is H.E. Dr Maryam Matar, women from all ages and seniority helped design the ultimate app to encourage and retain female career development across the STEM talent pipeline!
We are so excited as this app will be THE perfect tool to encourage and sustain female career development across the STEM talent pipeline… from the classroom through to the boardroom!
We are not only thrilled because our Top of Her Game learning programme and role-modelling will now expand with the design of the dedicated mobile app; we are also thrilled that illustrious organisations in the UAE such as the Young Arab Leaders and Youth Hub, have also joined with us to make this a reality!
Female students, graduates and professional women are ALL playing a part in the design of this unique solution, the first of its kind in the region.
