What do you consider the main achievements in your life?

I genuinely love life and aim to share positive energy wherever I go. Keeping a positive mindset has been essential in achieving my most important goal: creating a happy home filled with warmth and laughter for my children. This same mindset also led me to leave behind a successful corporate career to pursue something more fulfilling—helping artists directly. Now, as the founder of a company I truly adore, I’m thrilled to give back to an industry that has treated me so well. Through the Female Talent Agency (FTA), I’m using my knowledge and experience to uplift others, especially female musicians, helping them discover their voices and thrive in a space that means so much to me. It’s incredibly fulfilling to create a ripple effect of positivity and support through both my work and personal life.

What drives you to be at the top of your game? What are your success strategies?

What truly drives me to be at the top of my game is I have discovered something I excel in and that excites me. Knowing that I’m good at what I do fuels my passion and pushes me to keep striving for excellence. I approach my work with enthusiasm, and that excitement translates into everything I do. My success strategies center around being a good person and building genuine connections. I prioritize aligning with brands that truly resonate with my artists, ensuring that our partnerships are authentic and meaningful. I believe that work should be enjoyable, so I never host boring, serious meetings; it’s just not in my nature. When you work with me, you can expect a good time filled with creativity and energy. I strive to bring sparkle and excitement to the corporate world, and I see networking as a vital part of my strategy. Building relationships and fostering a sense of community is crucial to my success, and it’s something I genuinely love.

Have you dealt with failure? If so, how did you overcome it and resurge when all the chips were down?

Absolutely. Failure is a natural part of any journey, and I’ve faced setbacks in previous roles. But walking away from a successful corporate career to start something new taught me that failure is just part of the process. Staying positive has always been my approach—at the end of the day, business is business, and what really matters are family, friends, and the memories we create. I refuse to let work challenges bring me down. If you fail, you fail—as long as no one gets hurt, you just keep going. You take risks, learn from your mistakes, and use those failures to grow. After all, when have you ever failed and not learned something valuable from it?

How easy was it for you to speak up and share your story when times were tough?

Speaking up when things haven’t been right in the corporate world has definitely been challenging, but I’ve always felt it’s important to address issues head-on. While it can be difficult to stand up in those moments, I’ve learned that being open and honest fosters positive change and growth. By sharing my experiences, I’ve been able to connect with others who have faced similar situations, reinforcing the importance of standing up for what’s right and building a supportive community.

What did you have to do in order to be able to share your story to inspire others?

To share my story in a way that inspires others, I had to fully embrace honesty and reflect on my journey—from my time in corporate roles to launching my own company. It required me to be vulnerable about my challenges and successes and to acknowledge that my experiences could have a real, positive impact on others. Leaving a corporate career to start something meaningful was a big part of that story, and sharing how that leap of faith paid off has encouraged others to take their own risks. I’ve seen firsthand the power of sharing, whether it’s inspiring someone to follow their passion or helping them feel more confident in their choices. Surrounding myself with a network of supportive mentors and peers has also been essential, and their encouragement helped me find the confidence to use my voice and inspire positive change for others.
